Recently, the research group of Professor Liu Runhui from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, ECUST has made new progress in the field of surface biological activation. The research article was published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society with the title “Universal and one-step modification to render diverse materials biological activation”.

The article is first authored by postdoctoral fellow Chen Qi, the winner of “Doctoral Talents” of ECUST and corresponding authored by Professor Liu Runhui. The research work has been financially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China.
